Council on Rural Service Programs, Inc. is a private non-profit organization that is for every age whether you're a newborn, teen, or senior citizen.  Our Team Vision is to take the lead in promoting excellence, through the development of compassionate partnerships which respond to the community needs.

The Council on Rural Service Programs, Inc., a private, non-profit organization, provides comprehensive, holistic, quality human services to individuals and families in a multi-county area. Dedicated and knowledgeable staff work with high-risk participants of all ages in a caring, creative and professional way in creating opportunities for them to achieve a higher level of self-sufficiency and increase their potential for growth.

We are a private non-profit Human Service Agency serving 9 counties (Auglaize, Champaign, Darke, Greene, Logan, Miami, Preble, Shelby and Van Wert) in Central Ohio. We have been in business since 1972 with various programs. We started out with several counties and grew to 9 counties at the present.
