The Alternative Site Reassignment
Program (ASRP) in collaboration with the Darke County Educational
Service Center provides Darke County Schools and parents a safe
educational environment as an alternative to out-of-school
suspension/expulsion.
Long-Term
The long-term program (9 weeks or longer placement) targets students
grades 9-12 who are on the verge of expulsion or dropping out. The
long-term program offers an alternative to the regular classroom
setting. The ASRP Certified Teacher incorporates a specialized
curriculum for each student. All academic work is transferred
to the student’s home school for credit. Mental Health and
drug/alcohol counseling are offered to all student’s enrolled.
